A little bit more
about me
Good to know
I am a fully qualified and accredited Psychotherapist (UKCP) and Psychosexual Therapist (COSRT) and have been a practising therapist since 2010. I have worked in a great many therapeutic settings, including the NHS. My PhD research focussed on sexual desire in heterosexual couples. In 2020, I was named as one of London's top sex therapists
by the Evening Standard.
Therapy Experience
Many clients. Many places
I have worked in the NHS, charity run organisations, hospices, leading therapy providers and private practice. My clients have faced a wide range of clinical issues, including sexual and relationship issues, bereavement, trauma, workplace issues, addiction, family concerns and self-esteem - just to name a few. I also have experience working with clients of all ages, many ethnic groups as well as GSRD choices.
How can I help?
Here is a quick guide to how I might be able to help. If you need to know more please just ask. Sometimes, the hardest part is taking that first step.

Individuals
Clients often tell me they do not where to start. I can help you understand your challenge and help to identify what might be the best way to find some different choices in your life. Change happens when you realise that you have the power to make new choices.

Couples
A lot of my work is with couples and relationship issues. Couples often ask each other, "How did we get here?" But the good news is if you can understand what is influencing how you are as a couple, you can also rewrite the way you want to be as a couple.

Expert Opinion
I am a regular contributor on relationship advice for the Guardian, Independent and other media outlets. I am an Expert Advisor for MojoMen. I also teach therapy to therapists. In 2023, I was elected to the COSRT Board of Trustees.
Session fees
My fees are £100 for individual sessions and £120 for couples. Each session lasts for 50 minutes. At present, I am only seeing clients online. I am also registered with many of the leading UK Health Insurers.
